Amakye Dede and his Apollo Kings International Band - Magye Me Girl
Dede's career really began in 1975 when he joined the Kumapim Royals as a composer and vocalist and moved to Nigeria. He formed his own band, the Apollo Kings, in 1980. After moving back to Ghana he started to make Highlife albums with reggae influences and became a sensation is his own country but also an internationally known singer.
