Angels & Airwaves - We Don't Need to Whisper

Sometimes I do wonder: does listening to music for decades actually l know something about it when it comes to having an objective opinion (and that is why I listen to albums like I have never heard them before in my life, or at least, I try to).

We Don't Need to WhisperIt is fun to see that very often after forming my opinion I actually seem to agree with what has been written about it by professional critics.

The only difference is: they use a lot of words to describe what I think about it. Like.. this is a very boring album, that never really comes to life, has no surprises whatsoever and is much of the same over and over again.

True, I could tell you this is the project that Tom de Longe launched after his Blink 242 period, true I should tell you this album grabs rifs, wrong intros from the 80's and copies (the ever so simple) guitar play of U2's the Edge.

But why would you even want to know, you should just not buy or even download this album, it is a total disappointment.

Yeah it does hurt. My ears mostly.
