I think Lightning Bolt was the first single, but it is not my first choice. That would be 'Broken', such a beautiful song and lovely clip too. Imagine this song in an early sixties bar with a jukebox. It is perfect.

Jake Bugg - Jake Bugg
Listening to Jake Bugg is a complete pre-Beatles sixties revival. Sometimes it is a little more to the folk side, like on Note to Self, where the vocals are James Blunt like, but on a lot of other tracks you can imagine artist like Buddy Holly or Richie Valens singing it. And 'Country Song' would do well on any Melanie album even.
