Although not even considered to be one of the highlights in their discography, Dog & Butterfly to me still is my favorite Heart album, although it shares no. 1 place with Dreamboat Annie.The material on this album is so powerful and strong I can play the full album over and over again. True, songs like High Time and Cook with Fire are 'just' good tracks to start of with, but the album is very well composed. Dog & Butterfly is a beautiful song, setting up for the brilliant Lighter Touch. Nada One is holding back, you can feel that it is done to create a bridge to the final song where the mistral wind is blowing you away. And you are left with a need to feel the album once more, wanting to start playing it again right away.
