The Topics - Wanted Live By a Million Girls

Formed as The Uniteds in 1965, Ronald McCoy, Gerald Jones and Wesley "Bobby" Adams signed up as The Topics at Chess Records in 1966 where they left 2 years later, because Chess seemed to be more interested in McCoy's song writing than releasing records for their band.

The band never really broke through, besides a big hit in the New York and Jersey area "All Good Things Must Come to an End", and they kept changing (mostly small) labels. Still the band managed to be around from 1966 until 1987.

I could not find any of the songs of this album online, but here is a 1976 song by them, so you get the impression of what they were about.
