Celi Bittsu - Matinda

This is a rarity, really. But such beautiful music. Turns out this is Celi Bitshou, also written without the h, a former guitarist of OK Jazz (Franco Luambo's Band). Also he composed songs. And that is actually all that is know about this album (except the fact it has a beautiful cover as well). Released on the Sacodis label from Abidjan, but this is most definitely Congolese music.

One of the tracks is named Lassissi and that must be about Sacodi's famous producer Aboudou Lassissi.

Now let's see if I can fin anything on the tube.... Nope. Not from this album. But okay here is another way to write the name Celi Bitshu :-)
