Sperner and Holberg are the founders of a German label (Ausfarht Musikverlag), but Richard Strange is the interesting name here. This actor, writer, teacher, adventurer (and a dozen other professions) first founding band was the Doctor's of Madness. This proto punk art rock band was supported by no less bands as Sex Pistols, Joy Division and The Jam. Strange collaborated on many albums of which this is one, strange that it is really hard to find anything online about International Noise Orchestra, since it is not a bad new wave album either.
It is diverse too, because it experiments with rock, electronic beats, avant garde and even world music. Really interesting album.
Okay this video has absolutely nothing to do with the album, because even on youtube there is nothing to be found, except for this electronic dance version of O Fortuna (from Carl Orff's Carmina Burana).
