One of the most famous classical works around performed by violinist Janine Jansen with a small eight-piece ensemble, including her brother and father. Janine remained rather unknown outside the Netherlands where she already was considered one of the most talented violinists for years, but things changed rapidly after her performance with the London Philharmonic in 2002.
Since I love violin and cello this was an easy download for me. It is a light and fresh point of view, but still she stays close to the spirit of the four seasons.
