Well... this one was a surprise to me. Downloaded as a random blues record from some vague internet site to see what it was about it turns out to be Country Folk of the best kind. Reminds me the most of Sting actually on his troubadour records. And it would have been a good Sting record too. But it is not Sting's, its from Gurf Morlix. Weird name by the way, but that also tells me I had never even heard of the guy in my life, I am sure I would remember. So I had to look it all up. Turns out he is not only an artist, a bandleader, a songwriter, a multiple instrumentalist, but also a producer of many bands and not the least in country land!
If you like country music or folk, troubadour music like Sting or even Dave Matthews studio albums I suggest you check this out.
Ohw yeah, uhmm this is a raw live version of one of the songs, imagine Sting performing like this :-)
