This is a wrongly tagged chill out mix. That is for sure. Did a quick search on it but saw multiple post with questions, but never an answer which mix this actually is.
First of all baleatic should be balearic. But when you change that, you will stumble up on Cafe Del Mar mixes, vol. 3 or 7 and they are not the same.Second Hed Kandi may be the same group owning labels such as Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound (MOS) and Nu Cool (Nu Jazz and so on). But they are not related to Cafe Del Mar or Cafe Ibiza releases.
Problem is these labels are huge and released so many records it will be a crime to find which mix this actually is, if it is one of those anyway, because it is not said that it is a release from another series, just tagged like this.
It is more likely to be one of the Cafe Del Mar mixes than something from Hed Kandi though, for hed Kandi is much more a disco house label and Cafe Del Mar is more into chill and lounge.
