Where musicians from Congo always had a strong bond with Belgium, a lot of musicians from other African countries such as Ghana and South Africa traveled to other countries to try their luck and make it to the International music scene. A lot of them found their way mid seventies to the UK and late seventies and mid eighties there were a lot of African music playing bands over there.
The band in it's final form contained 3 musicians from Ghana, one from South Africa and a bloke from Liverpool, which is, as I just found out called a "Liverpudlian".
